Our our candles safe to use?
Yes, you can be reassured that numerous independent and authenticated studies have confirmed that candles are safe to use when burned following manufacturer instructions. We use soy wax and not paraffin (petroleum based) wax. We also use essential oils and not synthetic fragrances. We offer safety guidelines on the bottom of our candles and on our Candle Care page.
What makes your candles different from others?
Crystalline Wellness candles are more than just a candle. They are a healing tool, a support for those who are on their own unique journey. They are infused with Reiki healing energy. The crystals chosen for each vessel are chosen to coincide and magnify the intention of the particular candle. We also use natural essential oils compared to most candle companies which use synthetic fragrances that could be harmful to your health.

Do you have a physical store?
We don’t have a physical store at this stage, it may be something we have in the future so keep an eye out!
However, we do ship Australia wide for only $9, which is some of the cheapest shipping you’ll find.
What payment methods do you accept?
We do offer Afterpay and Paypal. We also accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?

Get in touch with us via email hello@crystallinewellness.com.au as soon as possible to ensure we can action this before it is sent out. If you order has already been dispatched we will be unable to intercept it.
Do I burn the candle with Crystals in it?
Leaving the crystal(s) inside the candle unfortunately will effect the burn of your candle, either by falling over the wick or preventing a clear wax pooling. We suggest removing the crystal(s) prior to burning and placing beside the candle vessel. This will not effect the energies but will give you the best possible burn for your candle.
